What Are The Risks Involved In Smoking After Heart Surgery ?

well this is an incredibly ridiculous question to ask, saying that i just had open heart surgery . but i want to ask, just so i know, and that i can be safe. but i recently had aortic valve replacement surgery, and was wondering what the potential hazards or risks that i might encounter, with smoking marijuana, or inhaling second- hand smoke? thanks!
