What Are The Risks Involved With Succenturiate Placental Lobe During Pregnancy?

I m 20 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with marginal insertion and succentualte lobe. What are the risks? I think I should opt for a c section to reduce the risk during delivery I have to go to ultra sounds very month to monitor baby growth. Also does this happen as a result of a twin not completely forming. I have a lot of pressure and pain so it is low on my cervix.

Dear;
The most fatal complication is placental bleed in form of aph ...or placenta praevia...
Although if the lobe is smal than the risk is very less.
But there is always a risk....
U should keep watch over vaginal bleed andpain in lower abdomen.
Go for ultrasound as advised byr ur gynecologist.
Thanks
Hope my advice will be helpful to u.
