What Are The Risks Of STD After Having Unprotected Oral Sex?

hi doctor
i (male) recently received unprotected oral sex at a massage parlor. i became very nervous about contacting stds, and took a 2000mg of azithromycin a couple of days after the incidence. how real are my risks of having an std at this point? I have not seen any symptoms yet (3 days)

Thank you for query.it is not clear about the symptoms which prompted you to take azithromycin.self prescription of antibiotics is not advisable without diagnosis.Developing STDs depends on factors like injuries or abrasions,presence of organism in partners,type and frequency of sex,secretion, etc.if you develop any symptoms or you want to rule out stds please contact doctor.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.
