What Are The Risks Of A Bulky Uterus?

I am diagnosed as having bulky uterus. My recent ultrasound provides the following: uterus: bulky anteverted, longtitudnal 78mm, AP 61mm, transverse 80mm, volume 199.3ml. cervix: cervical length 42mm. Myometrium: heterogenous. The following features were observed in the myometrium suggestive of adenomyosis: anterior wall. Endometrium clearly visualised, thickness total 9.0mm: structure uniform, endometrial cavity; normal cavity shape. Ovaries are ok.

I am 48 years, have 4 children, 23 years, 21 and twins 19. I tube tied at 28 years.

I am worried about the bulky uterus, I have since gained 10 kgs over the last 7 months and feel pregnant and confortable aroubd the abdomen. Please advise how I can control the bulky uterus until menopause. I am also fearful of adenomyosis.. should I just go ahead a have a hysterectomy done?
