What Are The Risks Of Having Choroid Plexus Cyst?

I am a 58 year old woman. The neurologist discovered a choroid plexus cyst 7.2 cm . I have experienced loss of vision in the left peripheral vision. The Doctor pefrormed a MRi with contrast and a trans esophageal echogram. I am still going for follow-up consultation, but can surgery be done and if so how risky is it. The choroid is in the right third or fourt ventricle I believe
