What Are The Risks Of Leaving The Tampon From Last Period?

Hi there. I am a 20-year-old woman, and I'm having my period. When I was in the bathroom just now, I went to replace my tampon, and two tampons came out. This must mean I had forgotten one was in and accidentally inserted a second. I have no symptoms of TSS (or anything else), but I'm still concerned. Am I at risk of infection and/or TSS? What should I do?
