What Are The Side Affects Of Abilify, Lamictal, Ativan, Celxa ?

I am 44 years old female who is overweight with right and left hip, groin, and leg pain. It gets so bad sometimes that I have trouble walking. I have a history of a blood clot in 2009 in the left iliac vein. I take abilify, lamictal, ativan, celxa, synthroid, and wellbutrin. Could this be a side effect of my medications or a blood clot?
