What Are The Side Effects After Taking Sudafed And NyQuil Together?

I took sudafed this morning at around 9:30 a.m. And recently took nyquil at around 10:30 p.m., on th package of nyquil it directly warns you to not use if you are on medication with the ingredient Acetaminophen. I just googled sudafed to realize it has this ingredient, what should I do?
