What Are The Side Effects And Directions Of Using Tobradex?

I had bleeding in my and it was a subconjitival (something) hemmorage. I also went to the opthamologist today and he said there is a cyst on my eye . He prescribed tobradex which I am nervous to take since there are so many directions/side effects listed.
