What Are The Side Effects And Dosage Of Eptoin Tablets?

This is a question I am asking on behalf of my husband. When he was very small he had this problem where he would either be hyper and at times bang his head acting stubborn and at times just remain quiet. there were also ocassions when he would be talking and then loose track of what he had said and become quiet. He had consulted a neurologist then and has taken the necessary medication then. For over ten years now he has been taking Eptoin tablet every night before going to bed. I would like to know how long should he be taking these tablets and are there any side effects of the same, especially now that we plan to start a family. Also would it have any effects on the child?
