good morning doctor iam 40 years old and my weight is 59 kgs and my height is 152cms. i have 2 children. i have decided to use copper t and i want to know from which day of the period it should be inserted and will it have any side effects. i had pcod and after medication i had my first child. after my second child i had the same problem and by ayurvedic medicines my period is regular and can i opt for copper t
