What Are The Side Effects For Smoking After Inserting Stent?

My boyfriends father is 55, just had a stent put in and wants to continue smoking pot (couple hits, couple times a week). My boyfried told his dad he s going to move out if he does. How bad is it for his dad to still smoke, even just a little, every now and then? Thank you

I think the anxiety about it is certainly very bad and well known to be both an immediate and long term risk. therefore it should NOT be used anywhere near the dad.

yes, i know that is not what you meant as an answer. marijuana smoke can cause asthma like problems in a few people and this is hazardous. does increase heart rate in those smoking it and that might possibly be a problem if the father smoked it.second hand the stress on the heart is much much more likely from anxiety and distress than any direct effect from second hand smoke which is such a small exposure that it does NOT show up on urine testing...so...I am sticking w my first answer
