What Are The Side Effects For Taking Beta One Tablet?

hello doctor i have a question on hypertension. i have a high bp 170/110. my age is 33. no obvious cause has been detected through blood tests. i ama dvised to take beta-one tablet of dr.reddys what possible side effect could this tablet have on me over the longer term?
