What Are The Side Effects Of AKT4?

I have been advised by my doctor to take AKT4 everyday along with Benadon twice a week. I wanted to know how it is supposed to be taken. Can I take the 4 tablets distributed thorugh the day ? Should the tablet/tablets be taken on an empty stomach or after food? What are the main side-effects of AKT4? Also , is there any diet that I should follow to help me during the medication ?
