What Are The Side Effects Of AKT4?

Hi, I had pregnancy of 2 and half months which got aborted due to loss of cardiac activity of the fetus. Later in the tests it was observed the presence of 'Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex' in the product of conception. My doctor has adviced me to take AKT4. I have read many side effects of the same. Please suggest what should I do.
