What Are The Side Effects Of Aceclofenac And Folitrax?

I am 72 years old. I am reasonably healthy. I take hypertension tablet ' Losarbeta ' once a day at breakfast. Am getting treated for Rh Arth for the past 3 years. I take Aceclofenac 100 mg, once daily at night and before that Pantocid 40 one tab before meals. I take Folitrax 7.5 mg once weekly followed by Folic acid tabs 5mg for 5 days. I am worried as to the long term usage of Aceclofenac and Folitrax. My blood reports, every 3 / 6 mths are so far normal. Are there safer drugs than the ones that i am taking ? I want to consult a specialist ? Kindly advise.
