What Are The Side Effects Of Adderall?

I recently was told by my dr I have extremely low vitamin b12 and vitamin d levels. I have to get 6 weeks of injections. I am an active athletic thin 42 year old. I do take adderal for adult add, but this hasnt caused any weight loss. Also on occasion I smoke a little weed or drink a few beers. Do I need to be concerned about side effects from the adderal or marijuana?

It is used in narcolepsy and ADHD.
It is stimulant for brain and increases concentration.
There may be problems with BP and heart rate.
It also causes fear, anxiety, headache, painful urination etc.
Long term use may lead to dependence.
