What Are The Side Effects Of Adderall?

Hi, my name is Chase and I am 25. I have never had a UTI and the only times I have ever had blood (one stringy blood clot, once) was about 4-5 hours after I take my recently prescribed 30mg instant release Adderall. This is something that has just recently happened and did not happen for the first time until the 3rd day on the medication. Flustered and unsure I decided to not take them for awhile thinking that I might have started on too high a dose or that I need to just be clean of all meds to make sure. 2 days later it stopped. Happened again the very next time I took my Adderall, within 4-5 hours. Also, ill add, the blood comes after the initial flow. Not during urination, basically, normal small contractions afterwords containing a fair amount of blood. I recently discovered that is a rare side effect of adderall. I just need to know how serious this sounds. Won't be taking the meds (I'm done going through this!), no side or kidney pain and not too much pain (small burn) during urinating. Really seems its directly caused from the meds, in my case.
