What Are The Side Effects Of Aldry Lotion?

Gud mornig doc, from my childhood i am having a problem of palmar hyperhidrosis, which i have recently found cause none of the local doctor knew bout it. i just start using aldry lotion and heard frm smne tht it can cause a problem of cancer. can u suggest me whether it s safe to use it?
