It works by blocking your body s production of certain natural substances that cause inflammation. It is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains in the body such as headache, muscle aches, tendonitis, dental pain and menstrual cramps. Stomach upset, nausea, heartburn, constipation, headache and drowsiness are common side effects experienced by the intake of the drug. Overdose and prolonged use can result in esophagitis, peptic ulcerations, gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation.
