What Are The Side Effects Of Alprax While On Medication For Asthma?

My age is 36, Ht - 5 feet 6", Weight - 76 KG and I am an Asthmatic patient.
I am using Alprax .50 from last 15-16 years. Since childhood I got depressed very easily and got panic attacks. For ever difficult situation, I take alprax .5 before facing that.......

would like to know is there any side effect of this medicin on heart because for the first time I am taking this medicine daily from past 1 month due to my office pressure and feeling some heaviness in my heart.

Although when I am normal, I don't require this medicine but I do face many mood swings like going too much happy or go too easily in depression.

Please note that I am a chronic Asthmatic patient and also regularly take Asthaline 4 mg and derifiline 300 Retard, other then inhalars and nabulizars.

Please advise..
