What Are The Side Effects Of Altris Gel?

Hi Doctor,
I am 22 years old and weighing 88.5 kg
Recently I observed 2-3 number of white hairs on my head.
My dermatologist prescribed Altris gel and CALCI NEED for 20 day
Could you please let me know if these medicines are safe and do have any side effects.
