What Are The Side Effects Of Amlodipine Ramipril Combination?

Hi

My husband has been taking a combination of Amlodipine Rammipril and Metoprolol for 5 months to satablise blood pressure after complete aotic dissection. Last night he developed angiodema. E/A treated it and ceased Ramipril. What will he take now?
