What Are The Side Effects Of Amlong A?

Hi doctor! Iam using Amlong A past 2 years for blood pressure. Now pressure maintains 130/90. But when I take above tablet my pulse rate comes down 54 for 10 hrs approx. then it continues 72. Some of our colleagues says Amlong A gives more side effect and it should not continue for long period. I just want to the fact please.
