What Are The Side Effects Of Aspirin, Diapridemole, Pravastatin And Allopurinol?

I have been taking aspirin, diapridemole, pravastatin and allopurinol for a few years without noticeable side effects. I have recently been put on amdolipine and ramipril (from 1.25mg to 5 at present to go up to 10mg as soon as possible). I have suddenly been suffering with dehydration problems. Why?
