What Are The Side Effects Of Aspirin?

Today my face and chest got very red after taking 1/2 hydrocodone for my shingles. My doctor had me to take 3 fish oil per day due to my triglycerides being 491. After lunch i took 1 and then about 30 minutes later my tongue and chest felt like they were on fire and my tongue felt very weird. I chewed and aspirin and it settled a bit but then started again on the tongue so I chewed another aspirin. I finally feel like myself again except for being weak. Could this have been something leading to a stroke or maybe an allergic reaction?? I had already taken 3 hydrocodones for my shingles these past few days.
