What Are The Side Effects Of Azifast, Alpha Beta Gel And Benzoyl Peroxide Cream?

i m 26 yrs old (Female) i got lots of pimples at my face they are painful and also red scares i consulted Dr. she prescribed me at empty stomach, Azifast 500 thrice a week, alpha beta gel in morning and Benzoyl Peroxide cream 4% in night and ahglow s foaming face wash. I would like to ask are they effective to get rid of pimples?Is there any side effect of these?Please suggest me.

Hi.
As per your case history of acne.
My treatment advice is-
1. You have been given a perfect treatment.
2. There is mild irritation due to application of benzoyl peroxide.
3. There may be certain dryness due to face wash. There are no other side effects.
