What Are The Side Effects Of Azithromycin?

Well I'm getting ready to take azithromycin a Zpacks but I want to make sure it don't react to the meds I already take. See I had brain surgery and a stroke blood clot so I'm on a lot of diff. Meds. I'm very scared every pill I take puts me in bed for a week or lands me in the hospital! So you can see how I would be so nervous!
