What Are The Side Effects Of Betnovate Gm?

My friend has been using Betnovate Gm for 6 years to control pimples on a regular basis.. He has got amazing results .Even his skin has got a nice glow ...But whenever he goes out in the sun his face turns reddish.. Does the cream have any side effects? How should he stop using the steroid? What type of cream should he use to control pimples and How can he maintain the glowing skin? Please help!
