What Are The Side Effects Of Biotin Tablets?

I am 17 year old female and I use to take Biotin that has a dose of 1000 cg. THe pill changed my hair texture badly and I want to know how to change it back. I tried drinking water for a week and nothing else to flush it out my system but not much has changed.
