What Are The Side Effects Of Captopril And Glucophage?

i m a medical student.my dad(64 years old) has diabetes type 2,hes hyperlipidemic,hypertensive,has stable angina.he takes captopril 50 mg twice daily.atenolol 50 mg twice daily,glucophage 850 mg daily,daonil7.5 mg twice daily ,atorvastatin10 mg ,isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg twice daily.
his following results are abnormal

his creatinine was the same when tests was done 8/9 months ago.does it mean that theres any problem with his kidney ?wat other tests should i order?should i also get Prostatic specific antigen?
