What Are The Side Effects Of Cephaline Tablets?

My Son, (28 & still living at home,) has been very Negative moody & irrationa - not even speaking to us l .... I discovered today he has on his Dresser Cephaline ---- what would this be prescribed for & what are the side effects? Sorry was not expecting to have to pay for my question ... please delete
