What Are The Side Effects Of Cetirizine 10 Mg?

Hi, I am taking Citrazine 10 mg since long time (approx 5 Yrs) due to some allergic issues every alternate day. Now since last 2-3 months it has been reduced to half tablet every alternate day. Could you plz tell me as I am taking this medicine since quite a long time, what are the side effect it could have done?
