What Are The Side Effects Of Cilest Birth Control Pill?

i am in the second week of taking the celest birth control pill and have had loose stools for three days, i went to the pharmasist who said i should still be covered but advised me to take the morning after pill to put my mind at rest. however two hours after taking the morning after pill i had loose stools again. i wouldn't call it diarhea but could it have affected my cover?
