What Are The Side Effects Of Cipralex , Dronis 30 And Thyrox 87.5?

i had Ciprolex table for just one day while I was continuing on dronis 30 and thyrox 87.5. I felt horrible and stopped the next day... but I am continuing on dronis 30. Its been 4 days, but I still feel cramp in the abdomen. Pl tell me if its the side effect of ciprolex or dronis 30. I am having heavy menstual bleeding for continuous 7 days
