As per your complain blood in urine can be due to a number of reasons like Urinary tract infections , kidney infections, any injury due to trauma or blow to the kidney, kidney stones, Medications like penicillin antibiotics, anti cancer medicine like Cyclophosphamide, sickle cell anaemia, excessive exercises,less commonly cancer of kidney or bladder etc.. As you have lower body pain along with the blood in urine there can be signs of Urinary tract infection or kidney infections or other pathologies and treatment should be planned only after knowing the exact cause of the problem.. As you have taken Ciprofloxacin it is used in case of urinary tract infection but intake of antibiotics without knowing the exact cause of the problem can cause unnecessary exposure of body to drugs and can in long term use cause several adverse effects as well as the bacteria can become resistant to the antibiotics..
