What Are The Side Effects Of Citalopram?

Hi, I started taking citalopram a few months ago and then decided to stop taking it. I was doing fine and decided to start taking it again this past weekend and then stopped again. Yesterday I started crying and couldn't stop crying. Is this a reaction from taking my meds to abruptly stopping them?
