What Are The Side Effects Of Clarithromycin?

Hi, I am being treated with clarithromycin for a upper track respiratory infection (with greenish discharge) since two days ago. Yesterday night I started with a pink eye with a greenish mocus (bacterial?), I just washed my eye with warm water, this morning my eye looks better but it is swollen, not more discharge for the moment, but is still red. Should I use some drops? if yes which kind of drops that won't interfere with my current medication (clarithromycin or bioxin)?
