What Are The Side Effects Of Clexane 100mg?

I am a 50 year old female and had two blood clots after breaking my ankle. I was prescribed 100mls daily of Clexane, which I used for three months. Two weeks after stopping the Clexane my hair starts falling out in handfuls. In this time I look like I have lost about 25% of my hair over my head. Is this normal, will it stop and grow back?
