What Are The Side Effects Of Combiflam Tablets?

Hi, m 30 years of age. I usually get bad pain in neck. could call it cervical or spondolytus. it starts if i eat sumthing like raw onion or pickle or wear heels or too much of walking that makes my body tired. this pains to an extent that have to take combiflam. m taking this from last 10-12 years. have checked various doctors nuthing seems to fix. for me to work it becomes necessary to take painkiller. from last 6-8 months i have noticed my hair falling n greying with speed. m concerned about side effects that my body mite b facing because of painkillers. what i want to know is what are side effects of combiflam ( painkiller ) that i can have..Please advice
