What Are The Side Effects Of Copper T IUD?

i had a copper coil fitted 7 months ago and i have been havin regular periods that have been lasting for 7 days but i have recently just had a period and i finished it after 7 days and i came off for 2 days and now i have started lightly bleeding again and i am having a acheing feeling in the vagina and in the backside and pain when i try and open my bowels but i dont think it constiaption as i have been opening my bowels and recently i feel sick and lightheaded which has been going on for about 2-3 weeks but lately im not feeling myself and i have checked my strings and the cervix feels larger then normal and the strings feel more longer and when i had intercourse 2days ago the cervix felt like it had dropped because when i checked the strings the cervix was lower then normal please can you help? thankyou
