What Are The Side Effects Of Copper T IUD?

Hi, im married n hv no clildren n i hv taken precacious with copper T. i dint hv any side effects till 3 months but after dat i got lower abdormal pain in right side for wch i hv consulted doctor she gave me anti biotic n pain got releaved n after 1 month again i got pain in right in the same place again i used anti-Biotics of 5 days of course but it dint releave after 7-8 days pain got vanished. dont know what is the problem n doctor suggest me to remove copper . can u pls suggest what exactly is the problem.
