Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cytotec is misoprostol which, if taken in early pregnancy, , can lead to adverse effects and congenital anomalies in fetus including facial anomalies and Mobius syndrome.
It is not advisable to continue pregnancy after intake of misoprostol.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
