What Are The Side Effects Of Dalteparin?

I had a vaginal hysterectomy & repair 4 days ago using the spinal injection. Whilst I'm not in pain, only a little discomfort & of course the bouts of trapped wind ( ouch!!!) However since day 2 I have had headache ( mostly just muzzy now) but continuous & feeling sick all the time which is obviously making it difficult to eat. I'm not taking any medication only the daily injection of Dalteparin to prevent blood clotting & the side effects for that don't mention nausea ??
