What Are The Side Effects Of Dihydrocodeine?

Hi i have been taking dihydrocodeine 240mg all at once for about 4 months now. Whenever the time comes close for my next dose i go into "cold turkey" with cold sweats and generally feeling very unwell.

I was originally on them for pain but now i have to lie to my doctor about being in pain in order to get them.
