What Are The Side Effects Of Doxinate Tablet During Pregnancy?

Hi i am 8 week pregnant and my doctor has recommended me to take doxinate twice a day for next 1 month .please let me know is it safe to take this medicine and one more thing i am also having loose motion from past few days is it one of the symptom during pregnancy or there is some problem.
