Hi doctor, i am 6 weeks 4 days pregnant, my baby fetal cardiac activity is 117 bpm, that s y doctor suggested to use dubagest 300 mg for 30 days? i am very much worrying about the side effects plz kindly suggest me what and all diet i have to follow while having medicine.My weight is 60kg.My age is 24
