What Are The Side Effects Of Duloxetine-Hcl?
Hello: I m a 69 year old woman that has been a diabetic for several years. I reluctantly just took a Duloxetine Hcl pill for the first time for diabetic nerve pain. After reading all the possible side affects, I was afraid to start taking them. I had picked them up from my pharmacy three weeks ago, and they have been in my purse ever since. But today, since I m in so much pain, I decided to take the first one. Should I be worrying so much about the side affects like suicidal thoughts, depression, etc.?

I really appreciate your concern, if you are having bizarre thought of suicide then it is not due to the medicine taken but it is the functional elements playing the role it is the psychological disturbances, and not the side of medicine (Duloxetine) try to come out of the stress, hope this information helps.
