What Are The Side Effects Of Duromine?

Hi, I have been taking duromine for 3 weeks now and have managed to lose 4 kgs. However my period was due 3 days ago and have only had a very light almost nothing bleed, which is very unsual for me. I am not sexually active, so pregnancy is not possible. Could it be the Duromine.
