What Are The Side Effects Of Duromine?

Hi there,i am 25 years old,5' and i now weigh about 100kgs.I have taken duromine like 2 years back after my first baby and i lost about 10kgs.I want to start taking it again but im scared that in the future when i do get pregnant again would it harm my baby? I dont want my baby to suffer any side effects that may be caused because of taking duromine before the pregnancy.
